Warranty Extension Eligibility: Upon successful verification of your feedback as effective, you will receive a form to fill in the serial number of your product. Once the product serial number is submitted, the eligible product will be granted a 6-month warranty extension.

Coverage: The warranty extension applies exclusively to electrical products manufactured by Rocker Scientific. This includes a wide range of electrical devices and equipment.

Exclusions: Consumption items, defined as consumables, are not covered by the warranty extension. This includes but is not limited to consumable accessories or components.

Non-Electrical Items: The warranty extension does not apply to items that are not provided with a warranty at all. This includes, but is not limited to, filtration apparatus, filter holders, flask adapters, and any other items not reliant on electrical power.

Verification Process: Feedback will be subject to verification by our team. Only effective feedback, as determined by Rocker Scientific, will be eligible for the warranty extension.

One Product per Effective Comment: Please note that only one product per effective comment will be eligible for the warranty extension. Repetitive submissions for the same feedback will be disregarded.

Lucky Draw for $100 Amazon.com Gift Card: All verified comments will automatically be entered into a lucky draw for a chance to win a $100 Amazon.com gift card. The lucky draw will take place every 2 months, and winners will be notified accordingly. Please note that we will not provide individual notifications to participants who did not win the draw.
- Campaign Duration: This campaign is valid until 2024/6/30. Feedback received after this date will not be eligible for the warranty extension nor the lucky draw.
By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. Rocker Scientific reserves the right to modify or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
